Lincoln Beach Apartments is an affordable, intergenerational community in West Anaheim offering housing for low-income seniors and foster youth, and serving as the first phase of a mixed-use revitalization effort along Beach Boulevard that combines housing, public art, and economic development.

The Aspire
Riverside, CA
The Aspire Apartments are IHO’s winning response to the City of Riverside’s RFP to “Build Supportive Housing for Youth Aging Out of Foster Care.”
