Pacific and Pine

Pine Avenue Apartments and its sister Pacific Avenue Apartments are two new residential developments coming to Long Beach’s St. Mary’s neighborhood. Along with a nearby existing affordable senior tower, the three buildings will comprise a mixed-income, mixed-use, and multigenerational village that includes a proposed revitalization and activation of the existing alley and pedestrian walkways connecting them all. Located in an Opportunity Zone, adjacent to light rail, and in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, the site is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, entertainment venues, and the beach. The Pine and Pacific developments’ pedestrian-oriented commercial uses will extend the diverse and eclectic, arts and small business vibe along Pine Avenue.
