Pacific Wind Apartments

Pacific Wind Apartments is located in Carlsbad’s Historic Neighborhood, less than one mile from the Pacific Ocean. The new residential campus features garden-style walk-up buildings designed to minimize the appearance of the enhanced density. Close to a revitalized park and an active community center, the project has five, two and three-story residential buildings, a clubhouse with a leasing and resident services offices, a multi-purpose room with kitchen, and a learning center.
