The Aspire

The Aspire Apartments are IHO’s winning response to the City of Riverside’s RFP to “Build Supportive Housing for Youth Aging Out of Foster Care.” Our solution is a peaceful, 3-story, mission-style design where residents can live in dignity and build community in safety and comfort. The fully furnished apartments, coupled with supportive services provided by Riverside Behavioral Health Services and the Riverside Community College District, are envisioned as a launchpad to equip these future leaders to chart a path for ongoing personal and economic success beyond The Aspire. Amenities include an interior courtyard, roof terrace, communal living room, and public art. The Aspire is in a walkable neighborhood with historic single-family homes, new multifamily, and is close to the downtown area with access to transit and employment, recreation, retail, and cultural offerings.
