EZRA BOLDS, JR.

CFO

Since 2015, Ezra Bolds, Jr. has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Innovative Housing Opportunities (IHO). He is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company including budgeting, reporting and analysis, strategic planning and guidance, risk management, asset portfolio management, and supervision of the finance team. Ezra has been key in developing an innovative, mission-driven private capital initiative that accelerates the acquisition, construction, and delivery of comprehensive developments through a mix of funding sources. A natural mentor, Ezra integrates and shares smart financial oversight tools throughout IHO’s departments, committees, board, and advisors.

A consulting opportunity at SRO Housing Corporation, which turned into a controllership and ultimately a CFO position, led to Ezra’s focus on affordable housing prior to joining IHO. While he began his education as an architectural student, Ezra holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, and master’s degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
