Joining Innovative Housing Opportunities (IHO) as an assistant project manager in early 2022, Alfonso Ceja facilitates and organizes projects across all phases including funding applications, overseeing building maintenance, and engaging with stakeholders, such as community members, elected leaders, and development partners. Alfonso obtained both his bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in real estate from Chapman University. While working in social services, Alfonso observed the chronic housing shortage and was inspired to pursue a career in affordable housing.
