Lincoln Beach Apartments is an affordable, intergenerational residential community located at the intersection of Lincoln Ave. and Beach Blvd. in West Anaheim. The property offers 37 homes for low-income seniors, 9 homes reserved for youth transitioning out of foster care (TAY), and one onsite Manager’s residence. Designed as the first phase of a mixed-income and mixed-use campus that will include sixty market rate and moderate income for sale townhomes, and the adaptive reuse of an existing gas station as a Community Hub and Business Incubator–the Launch Pad, Lincoln Beach Apartments features outdoor plazas, community rooms, onsite social services, and a striking illuminated staircase that doubles as public art. This new development is an important component of the City of Anaheim’s decades-long effort to reimagine the 1.5-mile stretch of Beach Boulevard once known as “The Road to Summer,” contributing to the corridor’s broader revitalization effort through housing, public art, and economic opportunity.
